Jujeon is a jeon house in the Yaksu market alley that fries every pancake to order instead of reheating a tray made earlier — a modumjeon platter of assorted jeon, a shrimp-and-squid haemul pajeon, plus yukjeon, nokdujeon and a crisp potato version, all sized for a makgeolli table. It opened in 2022 and has drawn a steady evening crowd since Sung Si-kyung's Muktende visit in late 2025.
