Woo Lae Oak

Woo Lae Oak is a Korean noodle restaurant in Jugyo-dong, Seoul, operating since 1988. The dish to order is Pyeongyang-style naengmyeon (buckwheat cold noodles). It is recognized by MICHELIN Bib Gourmand (2026).

Expect ₩15,000–40,000 per person at Woo Lae Oak. Naengmyeon (plain or bibim) runs about 16,000-18,000 won per bowl; bulgogi is priced separately and considerably higher (~46,000 won for 150g in 2026), so a meat-and-noodles meal pushes well above the noodle-only price.
