Why here
One of the older Pyongyang-style naengmyeon houses in Seoul, in a residential pocket of Yeomni-dong near Gongdeok. The kitchen serves the cold buckwheat noodles in a restrained beef-and-brisket broth, with mung bean pancakes and platters of boiled pork as the traditional accompaniment. Long enough established that Korean chefs use it as the reference point when introducing the dish to newcomers.
